Today Termofit occupies a leading position in the Russian market for the production of cable accessories in such a key technological area as heat-shrinkable accessories for power cables with voltages up to 35 kV.

We are not just a cable accessories company. Our products allow us to achieve an economic effect by reducing the material consumption of products, increasing their operational reliability and durability, and reducing labor costs during installation. The use of heat-shrinkable products improves the production culture and aesthetic perception of mounted structures.

For almost 35 years we have been producing high quality products recognized by our consumers. Our goal is to increase the efficiency of our customers' work. We care about the interests of our clients. Thermofit products help the Customer to increase labor productivity. Our products are designed for manual work in “field” conditions: the company’s specialists have developed entire sets of products and the necessary materials for them. We focus on minimizing technical problems that our customer may encounter during the installation process.

Energy, sustainable development, environmental protection

Thermofit has been developing its products since 1989, focusing on improving the performance properties of products, which are inextricably linked with energy saving. Our fittings are designed to insulate, seal and seal connections, ensure equalization of electric fields in cable joints and resistance to environmental factors, and in the case of insulating materials, tracking resistance. As a result of the use of our fittings, electrical energy losses are reduced, which in turn reduces carbon dioxide emissions. Termofit, like many companies in the world, pays great attention to sustainable development and environmental protection, constantly improving its products.

Main range of products

Today Termofit offers the following range of heat-shrinkable products:

– connecting couplings (single-core and multi-core) for external and internal installation for cables with paper and plastic insulation (1-35 kV);

– end couplings (single-core and multi-core) for external and internal installation for cables with paper and plastic insulation (1-35 kV);

– heat-shrinkable insulating tubes for insulation, anti-corrosion protection, decorative coating of products with a diameter of 1-100 mm;

– cable end caps (caps) for plugging steel pipes and temporarily sealing cable ends;

– heat-sintered insulating tapes for repairing damaged permanent cable lines, parts of complex configuration, etc.;

– heat-shrinkable two-layer tapes for anti-corrosion protection of welds of steel pipes, oil and gas pipelines, etc.;

– connectors and bolted lugs for connecting and terminating power cable cores.

– propane-butane burner “Thermofit” with an adapter for 5-50 l cylinders.

Innovation activities

Since its creation, Termofit has paid great attention to research activities. The creation of a wide range of materials with the required performance properties made it possible for Termofit to develop and carry out mass production of the entire complex of heat-shrinkable fittings for power cables with voltages up to 35 kV. Our company, in collaboration with Plastpolymer JSC and the Department of Electrical Insulating and Cable Engineering of the Polytechnic University, has created compositions with various electrical parameters, received a number of patents, and is working to improve the properties of materials and improve products. Termofit annually invests about 2.1% of its sales in research and development, offering improved products to our consumers. In the conditions of import substitution, the company expanded the range of products manufactured, satisfying the needs of the Customer.

Products developed and manufactured by Termofit are certified and have a recommendation from RAO UES of Russia (information letter IP - 06 - 99 (E)).

Geography of supplies

The geography of consumers of Thermofit products extends to all regions of Russia and the CIS countries - from the North Caucasus to Kamchatka. Consumers are electrical installation organizations, energy services of enterprises, power supply distances for railways, electrical networks, enterprises in the aviation, shipbuilding, electrical industries, production of pipelines, air ducts, etc. Regular consumers of Termofit products are such large organizations as Lenenergo, Dalenergo, Kolenergo, Rostovenergo and many others.
